Shipping policy

Citadine Fine Jewelry is made to order

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted with extraordinary care and held to the highest standards. Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for production (excluding holidays and special promotion period). We will do our best to complete and ship your jewelry as soon as possible.

If you need something by a certain date, please email us julia@citadinedesigns.com before placing your order.  We will do everything within our power to accommodate your request.

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail, fully ensured to their value.

  • Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with USPS tracking number.

  • We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $200, or $10 flat fee for the rest.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping 

  • We charge $50 flat fee and ship International orders via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, fully insured to their value. For legal purposes, the declared value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the full cost of the jewelry. 

  • The consumer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees. Please check with your country's customs office before placing your order.

  • ALL INTERNATION ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
