Pre-order items: Each month, we offer two carefully selected items at 20% off our regular direct-to-consumer (D2C) pricing. This is an opportunity to own our heirloom-quality designs at a incredibly special rate, available for a limited time only.
Order Cut-Off Date: To ensure your order is produced on schedule, all pre-orders must be placed by 11:59 PM HST on the 7th day of each month. Orders received after this cut-off time will be pushed to the following month’s cycle.
Production Timeline: Each piece is made-to-order. Production time is 2-6 weeks and begins on the 7th of the month, after the pre-order window closes. Please note that this timeline is calculated from the cut-off date, not from the moment you place your order.
Final Sale: Once your pre-order is placed, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. We humbly ask that you take the time to carefully consider your order before proceeding.
Sustainability: As part of our commitment to sustainability, our jewelry is made using recycled gold and ethically sourced gemstones. Your patience allows us to ensure that each piece aligns with our values of responsible sourcing and craftsmanship.
